Introduction to EAM series products of high power resistance with sulfide resistant metal film Ellon (Yineng) has launched a new series of high power surface mount resistors (EAM) with anti sulfurization metal film. This series belongs to ultra-high power metal film anti sulfurization resistors, which are widely used in industries such as network communication, optoelectronic modules, rectifiers, automotive electronics, home appliances, industrial automation, etc. The main volume of EAM anti sulfurization metal film high-power resistors includes: 040206030805120612102010 and 2512 full series volume, which can meet the requirements of anti sulfurization and high power, with low temperature coefficient and stable products.

What are the materials of high-precision resistors? High precision resistors are mainly characterized by their highly accurate resistance values. The main materials used to produce such high-precision resistors include metal films, alloys, carbon films, thin films, etc. The material selection of high-precision resistors is crucial for their performance. Materials such as metal film, alloy, carbon film, and thin film have their own characteristics and are suitable for different application scenarios.

Do we need to lay copper foil underneath the inductor for DC-DC power supply? Inductors have alternating current, and laying copper at the bottom of the inductor will generate eddy currents on the ground plane. The eddy current effect will affect the inductance of the power inductor, and eddy currents will also increase system losses. At the same time, the noise generated by alternating current will increase the noise on the ground plane, which will affect the stability of other signals. From the perspective of EMC, laying copper on the bottom of the inductor and a complete ground surface is beneficial for EMI design; The current production process of inductors has been upgraded, and shielded inductors are used. There are very few leaked magnetic induction lines, which have little impact on the inductance of the inductors and are also beneficial for heat dissipation.

1206 1.05R 1W 1% anti surge metal film resistance parameters and application introduction EGM16FT1R05DES is a surge resistant metal film surface mount resistor launched by Egnition. It is packaged in 1206 (3.2mm × 1.6mm), with a resistance of 1.05 Ω, an accuracy of ± 1%, a power of 1W, and a temperature coefficient of ± 50ppm/℃.

What is an anti sulfurization resistor? What are the product features? It is recommended to use the Ellon EAM series of metal film anti sulfurization resistors from the Ellon brand for high-power anti sulfurization resistors. Anti sulfide resistor, as the name suggests, refers to a resistor that has the ability to resist sulfide corrosion. In industrial production environments, especially those with high temperature and humidity and containing sulfide gases, ordinary resistors are easily corroded by sulfides, causing changes in resistance values and ultimately affecting the service life and performance of the entire electronic product. And the anti sulfurization resistor, through special materials and process design, can maintain a stable resistance value in such harsh environments, ensuring the normal operation of the circuit.
