Because its core material is pure metal alloy, it is also referred to as alloy resistance or low resistance shunt resistance by many engineers. The main characteristics of Sat high-power alloy low resistance shunt resistors include: ultra-low resistance (as low as 0.2m Ω), ultra-high power (up to 15W), ultra-low inductance (<5.0nH), etc. This article will provide a detailed introduction to the product characteristics and product selection parameters of Sat's (Sat) high-power metal precision resistor SMSP series.

What is long electrode resistance? What are the characteristics Long electrode patch resistor is a special structure of patch resistor. By using side electrodes as solder pads, the contact area between the solder pads and the PCB is increased, resulting in better heat dissipation and high current. It has excellent stability and impact resistance during use. Long electrode surface mount resistors are divided into metal foil long electrode surface mount resistors, also known as alloy resistors, and wide electrode surface mount resistors in later processes. Their main advantage is their strong impact resistance.

Introduction to Current Induced Low Ohm Metal Foil Alloy Resistors (CSM Series) The light sensing low ohm metal sheet resistor CSM is a type of metal foil alloy resistor. The power of CSM Western Europe's low ohm metal foil strip resistors is twice that of ordinary thick film resistors. Dimensions range from 0402 to 2512, 1%, 5%, resistance ranges from 10m to 2000mohm, low TC is 50/100ppm. The 1206 size 1W and 0402 size 1/4CSM series use metal foil resistance elements, installed on ceramic substrates, which have excellent thermal conductivity and can enhance power. The metal foil current sensing resistor meets the accuracy and stability of critical power management design. Compared to the thick film process, it has better performance in small sizes (such as 04020603) and is cost-effective with market competitiveness.

The working principle of current sensing resistor and its application in circuits Hnstshop Mall explains the working principle of current sensing resistors and the application of current sensing resistors in a generous manner. The recommended brand is:ELLON. Current sensing resistor is a special type of resistor used to measure the current in a circuit. Its working principle is based on Ohm's law, that is, current is equal to voltage divided by resistance. By connecting a current sensing resistor in a circuit, we can indirectly measure the magnitude of the current by measuring the voltage passing through it.
