CCF 1 N / CCF 1 series fuse is a kind of ceramic chip current fuse, can also be called ceramic fuse, using miniaturization design, convenient installation and use, material made of ceramic, composed of ceramic matrix and metal electrode, ceramic matrix made of alumina or other high performance ceramic materials, with high melting point, high insulation performance, low thermal expansion coefficient, metal electrode with metal materials such as nickel, chromium, attached to both sides of the ceramic matrix, for conductive and connecting circuit. Because of the ceramic material, so has high fuse temperature and low resistance, can maintain stable performance in high temperature environment, when abnormal current in the circuit, ceramic chip current fuse can quickly fuse, cut off the circuit, protect the safety of the circuit and equipment, ceramic materials have good corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of a variety of chemical substances, to ensure its long-term stable performance.

KOA fuse CCF 1 N / CCF 1 F decreased rating
Stable current: Stable current In repeated pulse, the peak of the constant current waveform is the constant current value.
Generally reduced rating: the normally reduced rating of this product shall be below 0.7.
Temperature reduction: If the product is used at ambient temperature other than room temperature (25℃± 5℃), the temperature correction must be made, please consider the reduction quota coefficient in the right figure.
KOA fuse CCF 1 N / CCF 1 F working principle
The working principle of the ceramic sheet current fuse is based on the thermal effect of the current. When the circuit works normally, the current passes through the ceramic sheet current fuse to produce a certain amount of heat. When the circuit is abnormal, such as overload or short circuit, the current is rapidly increased, resulting in the heat generated by the ceramic sheet current fuse. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the ceramic matrix of the ceramic sheet current fuse is fused, and the metal electrode separates, thus cutting off the circuit and protecting the safety of the circuit and equipment.
