WALTE Electronics, since its establishment, has always focused on the research and development, production and sales of electronic components. With years of technical accumulation and market experience, WALTE Electronics has formed a perfect product system and service network, its resistance products, whether from the material selection, production process, or quality control, have reached the industry leading level. The resistors of WALTE electronics have a good reputation and wide application in the market.
MHTC0508 series resistors
The MHTC0508 series is a series of resistance products designed by WALTE Electronics for wide electrode current detection requirements. This series of resistors has a unique package design, with a small volume and high heat dissipation performance. Among them, 0508 represents the package size of the resistor, and this compact package allows the resistor to play a greater performance in a limited space. At the same time, the wide electrode design also ensures that the resistance can maintain good stability and reliability when subjected to high currents.
MHTC0508 series resistor model description
MHTC0805M1W0R004F:
MHTC0805: indicates that the resistor belongs to the MHTC series, and the package size is 0805 (i.e. 2.0mm x 1.25mm), which is slightly larger than the MHTC0508, providing better heat dissipation performance and power handling capability.
M: stands for resistive material, which may be a metal or a specific alloy to provide better electrical conductivity and thermal stability.
1W: indicates that the rated power of the resistor is 1 watt, suitable for small and medium power current detection applications.
0R004: indicates that the resistance value of the resistor is 0.004 ohms. A very low resistance value is suitable for heavy current detection.
F: indicates that the accuracy level of the resistance is F (±1%), which ensures the accuracy of the measurement.
MHTC0805M1W0R001F:
Package, material and power are the same as above models.
0R001: indicates that the resistance value of the resistor is 0.001 ohms, which is also applicable to heavy current detection.
F: The accuracy level is still F.
MHTC0805M1W0R001G:
Most of the parameters are the same as those of the above models.
G: indicates that the accuracy of the resistance is class G (±2%), although the accuracy is slightly lower, but it is still widely used in some cost-sensitive applications.
MHTC0805M1W0R002G:
Package, material and power are the same as the previous models.
0R002: indicates that the resistance value of the resistor is 0.002 ohms.
G: The accuracy level is G.
MHTC0805M1W0R003F:
The parameters are similar to those of the previous models.
0R003: indicates that the resistance value of the resistor is 0.003 ohms.
F: The accuracy level is returned to F level to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
MHTC0508 series resistance applications
Due to the WALTE MHTC0508 (note: the actual model prefix is MHTC0805, the original may be wrong or there is a model update) series of resistors with low resistance, high precision, high stability and other characteristics, so it is widely used in a variety of occasions requiring high current detection. For example, in electric vehicles, energy storage systems, power supply equipment and other fields, these wide electrode current detection resistors play an important role. They can not only provide accurate current detection data, but also work stably under harsh environmental conditions, providing a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment.
