2.  High/Low Temperature Test: Expose to -55±2℃ (low temperature) and 155±2℃ (high temperature) for 1000 hours respectively, the resistance change ≤±(1.0%+0.5mΩ) in both cases, complying with IEC60115-1 4.25 standard;
3.  Moisture Load Life Test: Under the environment of 60±2℃ and 95% relative humidity, load with rated voltage, cycle 90 minutes on and 30 minutes off for 1000 hours, the resistance change ≤±(2.0%+0.5mΩ), complying with IEC60115-1 4.25 standard;
4.  Thermal Shock Test: Undergo 100 cycles of -55℃ (30min) → R.T. (3min) → +155℃ (30min) → R.T. (3min), the resistance change ≤±(1.0%+0.5mΩ), complying with IEC60115-1 4.19 standard;
5.  Solderability Test: Dip into solder at 245±5℃ for 3±0.5 seconds, the solder coverage area >95%, complying with IEC60115-1 4.17 standard;
6.  Mechanical Shock Test: After withstanding a shock of 100G acceleration and 6ms amplitude time, the resistance change ≤±(1.0%+0.5mΩ), complying with IEC60115-1 4.21 standard.

V. Soldering and Packaging Specifications
(I) Soldering Conditions

1.  Solder Reflow: Follow the standard temperature profile, recommended soldering methods include infrared, vapor phase oven, and hot air oven. Avoid exceeding the specified temperature range to prevent product damage;
2.  Rework (Hot Air Equipment): Temperature 350℃, soldering time 3~5 seconds;
3.  Recommended Solder Pad Size: P=0.60mm, W=3.68mm, D=1.30mm, suitable for specific pad layout and steady current working conditions.

(II) Packaging Information

1.  Packaging Quantity: 5,000 pcs per reel, weight 140±30g;
2.  Reel & Tape Specifications: A=178±5mm, N=60±2mm, W1=9.0±1mm;
3.  Peeling Strength of Seal Tape: 0.1–1.0N (10-100gf), peeling angle 165~180°, ensuring packaging tightness and easy use.

VI. Lot Acceptance Test Requirements
Each batch of products (maximum lot quantity not exceeding 500Kpcs) must pass the following strict tests before shipment:

1.  Visual Inspection: Observe through a magnifying glass, no obvious stains, contamination, marking errors, or damage on the product;
2.  Dimension Measurement: Measure with calibrated gages (such as calipers, micrometers, etc.), dimensions meet the specified standards;
3.  Resistance Measurement: Use 4-wire resistance test at 25℃, the resistance value is within the specified range;
4.  TCR Test: Measure the resistance values at 25℃ and 125℃ using the 4-wire method, calculate TCR by substituting into the formula, and the result meets the standard;
5.  Insulation Resistance Test: Measure with a high ohm meter, the insulation resistance between the protective coating and the resistive element is not less than 100MΩ.
