Price Adjustment Announcement for SOCAY's Through-Hole MOV & NTC Products

Since January 2025, the prices of the global non-ferrous metal market have surged sharply, with the cost of core raw materials continuing to rise: the price of silver has soared from 7,000 yuan/unit to about 14,700 yuan/unit, the price of copper has increased from 70,000 yuan/unit to 92,450 yuan/unit, and the price of tin has jumped from 240,000 yuan/unit to 324,500 yuan/unit. Affected by this, various raw material suppliers have raised their supply prices multiple times, and at the same time implemented the "price inquiry before order acceptance" mechanism, with the payment term policy adjusted to "delivery after payment" simultaneously.
As non-ferrous metals are the core production raw materials for our through-hole MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor) and through-hole NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistor) products, the continuously surging cost pressure has led to long-term losses of related products. To ensure the stable delivery of orders, maintain the sustainable operation of the company, and continue to provide you with high-quality products and services, after careful research and decision by the company, the following adjustments are made to the price policy of related products:
- Scope of adjusted products: Through-hole MOV series products, Through-hole NTC series products;
- Price execution rules: From now on, before placing an order for all such products, please contact the corresponding sales personnel to re-inquire about the price. The final transaction price shall be subject to the confirmed price of the order placed on the same day;
- Official implementation time: December 15, 2025.
This price adjustment is an inevitable measure to cope with the surging raw material costs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
