BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ is an advanced AC/DC converter IC in the industry, which adopts an integrated package. It has built a 1700V withstand voltage SiC MOSFET and a control circuit optimized for its drive into a small surface mount package (TO263-7L). BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ is developed as an auxiliary power supply application for various control systems in industrial equipment. In the power conversion circuit of auxiliary power supply, the main switching devices are still ordinary Si (silicon) MOSFETs and IGBTs, so how to reduce the losses of these power devices has become a major issue in recent years. This type of output level device used to be packaged in a plug-in type, which could not be automatically installed, while BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ uses a surface mount packaging that supports automatic installation, which greatly helps reduce the number of components and lower installation costs.
