The requirements for the driver board of SiC silicon carbide MOS dual pulse testing equipment are as follows:
(1) Power stability requirement: In order to ensure the correctness of SiC dual pulse testing equipment, the power supply of the driver board should be stable, that is, the peak voltage of the power supply should not be lower than 95% of the required operating voltage. In addition, the harmonic distortion of the power supply should be less than 3%, otherwise it will affect the effectiveness of the SiC dual pulse test results.
(2) Voltage requirements for drive circuit: The drive circuit must withstand voltage, that is, the working voltage of the drive circuit should be higher than the testing voltage of the SiC dual pulse testing equipment. If the operating voltage of the driving circuit is lower than the test voltage, the driving circuit may be damaged and may also affect the test results of the SiC dual pulse testing equipment.
(3) Power supply lifespan requirement: The power supply lifespan of the driver board should be sufficient to support the normal operation of the SiC dual pulse testing program. In other words, the shelf life of the power supply should be longer than the testing time required for SiC dual pulse testing.
(4) System control function requirements: The driver board of SiC dual pulse testing equipment should have sufficient system control functions to accurately and reliably control the testing equipment. In addition, the driver board can be controlled from the corresponding software driver program, and the performance of the driver program should be stable and reliable. (Junxin MOS)
