1、 Discrete components

Diode

Rectifying diode: Maximum average rectified current of 1A~60A, reverse voltage coverage of 50V~2000V, used in AC to DC circuits, typical models such as 2CZ4007 series.   

Zener diode: with a stable voltage range of 1.8V~330V, it has the characteristics of low dynamic impedance and high temperature stability. Recommended models include MMSZ5238CS, BZT52C5V1H, etc.   

Variable capacitance diode: used for high-frequency tuning and communication circuits, regulating junction capacitance through reverse voltage, supporting applications such as automatic frequency control (AFC).   

Schottky diode: such as SP1045L, with low forward voltage drop and high efficiency characteristics, suitable for high-frequency switching scenarios.   

Fast recovery/high-efficiency diode: suitable for high-frequency power conversion and industrial control fields.

Transistor

Including bipolar transistors (such as MMBT3906, 2SD1815) and field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), they are widely used in signal amplification and switching circuits.

Power devices
