TEA2093TS is a member of the new generation of synchronous rectifier (SR) controller IC series for switching power supplies. It includes adaptive gate drive, which can achieve high efficiency under any load.
NXP AC-DC solution PWM secondary side controller TEA2093 synchronous rectifier controller. This device is a dedicated controller IC that can perform synchronous rectification on the secondary side of asymmetric half bridge flyback and standard flyback converters. It integrates a sensing stage and a driver stage, which can drive SR MOSFET, and SR MOSFET rectifies the output of the secondary transformer winding.
TEA2093 can generate its own power supply voltage for low output voltage battery charging applications or high side rectification applications. TEA2093TS is made using silicon on insulator (SOI) technology.
