NXP PWM secondary side controller TEA2095T, dual LLC SR switch controller TEA2095T/TE is a high-performance synchronous rectifier (SR) controller IC for switch mode power supplies.
The synchronous rectifier controller adopts an adaptive gate drive method, which can save maximum energy under any load. In order to improve efficiency, TEA2095T/TE can operate at a stable voltage level of -25 mV under 90 μ A conditions, thereby optimizing its functionality for use with low ohm MOSFETs.
The undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection function of TEA2095T/TE can keep the device fully functional when the power supply voltage is below the minimum operating voltage, and ensure that the device remains turned off when the voltage is below the UVLO threshold.
