Vulcanization resistance is a kind of resistance device with vulcanization resistance. Vulcanization refers to the phenomenon that electronic components are eroded and damaged by sulfide due to the presence of sulfide gas. Vulcanization resistance: vulcanization resistance has strong vulcanization resistance and can operate stably for a long time in high vulcanization gas environment. Ordinary resistance is easily eroded by sulfide in high sulfur gas environment, resulting in unstable resistance value and even failure.

 


Material selection: vulcanization resistance is made of special materials, usually vulcanization resistant materials or materials with special treatment. Ordinary resistors usually use common resistance materials, such as carbon film resistance, metal film resistance, etc.

 


High temperature resistance: vulcanization resistance usually has good high temperature resistance and can work normally in high temperature environment. Common resistors are prone to drift or failure in high temperature environment.

Resistance value stability: anti vulcanization resistance has good resistance value stability and can maintain a relatively stable resistance value during long-term use. After using ordinary resistance for a period of time, the resistance value may change due to environmental factors or material aging.

 


Application: vulcanization resistance is mainly used in some special environments where vulcanization resistance is required, such as petrochemical industry, power electronics and other fields.
