TEA2209T is a new generation active bridge rectifier controller product that replaces traditional diode bridges.
Combining TEA2209T with low resistance high-voltage external MOSFETs can significantly improve the efficiency of power converters, as the typical forward conduction losses of rectifier diodes have been eliminated. At a power supply voltage of 90 V (AC), efficiency can be improved by approximately 1.4%.
TEA2209T is made using silicon on insulator (SOI) technology.
