YAGEO Group, a leading global passive component manufacturer, has launched a new thin film tantalum nitride chip resistor NT series. This series of products has characteristics of moisture resistance, sulfur resistance, high precision, and high stability performance. The shell size ranges from 0402 to 1206, with a resistance range of 100 Ω -481K Ω, narrow tolerances of ± 0.1%, ± 0.25%, ± 0.5%, and ± 1%, and low temperature characteristics (TCR) of ± 25 and ± 50 ppm/° C. The rated power value is 1/20 W-2/5 W.
The NT series has a self generated passivation layer, which forms an impermeable interface to cover its resistance, making it difficult for water vapor to penetrate from the outside. The addition of passivation layer protection enables the NT series to maintain high resistance stability in harsh environments, making it suitable for medical, aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, testing, and measurement fields.
